Discover simulation at Penn State Altoona! The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing is pleased to deliver its nursing programs at Penn State Altoona. Nursing programs available at Penn State Altoona include the traditional four-year BSN, the Second Degree program designed for those with a bachelor’s degree in another field, and LPN to BSN pathway.
