Womeldorf is an Associate Teaching Professor with the Nese College of Nursing and has been with the College since 2013.  Prior to joining Penn State, she was faculty with an Associate Degree Nursing program. She teaches in Health Assessment, Fundamentals, Community Health, Leadership, Nursing Research, First-year Seminar, Health and Societal Violence, and Interprofessional Palliative Care.  She developed the elective on interprofessional palliative care, and coordinates interprofessional education for the Nese College of Nursing. Her research interests include interprofessional education and practice and cultural humility. She has presented at numerous local and national conferences in the area of interprofessional education.
