About

Dr. Rollison is an Assistant Teaching Professor and the Director of the DNP-Nurse Anesthesia Program at the Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing. She obtained her DNP in Nurse Anesthesia from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and her BSN in Nursing from Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Dr. Rollison has a wide range of academic, leadership, and clinical experience across multiple settings, most recently serving as the Simulation Educator for the Johns Hopkins Nurse Anesthesia Program. Dr. Rollison’s research and scholarship focus on simulation in anesthesia education, patient safety, and trauma-informed care, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and national presentations to her name. An engaged leader in professional organizations, Dr. Rollison serves on national committees for the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology Foundation and the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
