UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT SERVICE AWARD

Overview

This award is presented annually by the Penn State Nursing Alumni Society to an undergraduate student in the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing. The student nurse supports the ideals of the College of Nursing and the nursing profession by engaging in service activities that support individuals, families, and/or communities and that encourage and foster the nurse’s personal and professional development.

Criteria

  1. Must be an undergraduate student in the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing
  2. Must be a graduating senior (graduating in May 2024, August 2024, or December 2024)
  3. Must be in good academic standing
  4. Must be active in service that supports individuals, families, and/or communities

Submit a Nomination

If you wish to nominate an undergraduate student for the Nursing Undergraduate Student Service Award, please complete the Nomination Form by Friday, January 19, 2024.

Any Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing student, faculty, staff, or alumni may submit a nomination. Students may self-nominate.

Nomination materials must include the following in order to be considered complete:

  1. Nomination Form
  2. Letter of Endorsement
