Watson is an associate teaching professor in the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing at Penn State. Her clinical background includes surgical ICU, neuro ICU, management, staff development, and stroke program coordinator. She has taught courses in medical-surgical nursing, community health nursing, nursing theory, leadership and informatics.
