As a Nursing student, you may encounter challenges with your studies and managing your time. The College of Nursing Academic Success Plan is designed to help by supporting academic achievement.

In conjunction with the Academic Success Coach, a student, course coordinator, or clinical faculty member may initiate an Academic Success Plan for any academic performance issue, including an exam grade below 79 percent* or clinical skills performance. All students are strongly encouraged to actively participate in the Academic Success Plan for theory and clinical components of each course.

Participation in the Academic Success Plan is voluntary and the student is responsible for follow-through and completion.

* For the purposes of the Academic Success Plan, an exam constitutes any assessment worth 10 percent or more of the final course grade.
